WASHINGTON – On Thursday, May 22, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee will consider multiple nominations at the Department of Labor, the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, and the Department of Education.

Agenda:

  • Nomination of Julie Hocker to serve as Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Office of Disability Employment Policy, Department of Labor
  • Nomination of Marco Rajkovich to serve as Commissioner of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission
  • Nomination of Wayne Palmer to serve as Assistant Secretary of Labor for Mine Safety and Health, Department of Labor
  • Nomination of Henry Mack III to serve as Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Employment and Training Administration, Department of Labor
  • Nomination of Kirsten Baesler to serve as Assistant Secretary for Elementary and Secondary Education, Department of Education
  • Nomination of Kevin O’Farrell to serve as Assistant Secretary for Career, Technical, and Adult Education, Department of Education
