NEXT WEEK: Senate HELP Committee to Hold Hearing on Education, Labor Nominees


WASHINGTON – On Thursday, June 5, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee will hold a hearing on four Trump administration nominees at the Department of Education, the Department of Labor, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

The nominations include:

  • Penny Schwinn to be Deputy Secretary of Education, Department of Education,
  • Kimberly Richey to be Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, Department of Education,
  • Daniel Aronowitz to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration, Department of Labor
  • David Keeling to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
