NEXT WEEK: Senate HELP Committee to Hold Hearing on Labor Nominees

WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, June 18, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee will hold a hearing on three Trump administration nominees for the Department of Labor and one for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.   

The nominations include:  

• Jonathan Berry to be Solicitor, Department of Labor 

• Andrew Rogers to be Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, Department of Labor 

• Anthony D’Esposito to be Inspector General, Department of labor 

• Andrea Lucas to be a Member, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
