WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Senator Edward M. Kennedy released the following statement on a new report on the rising costs of health care: "Today's report shows that health care costs are out of control, but all the Bush Administration has to offer are gimmicks that make working families pay more for the health care they need, and do nothing to help with the soaring cost of health care.
