WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, July 9, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee will vote on the nomination of Susan Monarez to be Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. After the vote, the Committee will hold a hearing to examine the future of health care, and how to improve cybersecurity to better protect Americans’ health privacy.
