UPDATED: Senate HELP Committee to Consider President Trump’s Labor Nominees

 
WASHINGTON – On Thursday, October 9, the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee will vote on Trump administration nominees for the National Labor Relations Board and Department of Labor.

Agenda:

  • Nomination of Crystal Carey to be General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board
  • Nomination of Scott Mayer to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board
  • Nomination of James Murphy to be a Member of the National Labor Relations Board
  • Nomination of Rosario Palmieri to be Assistant Secretary of Labor for Policy, Department of Labor
  • Nomination of Anthony D’Esposito to serve as Inspector General, Department of Labor
